Last year Kieran Kramer introduced the world to her historical version of “Marcia…Marcia…Marcia!” with her first book in the Brady Bunch inspired “House of Brady” series—Loving Lady Maria.

On shelves now is the original “Johnny Bravo’s” story—aka Greg Brady or Lord Gregory—THE EARL IS MINE and once again, Kramer’s flair for writing fun, romantic romps that you would LOVE to see made into a great rom-com movie, cannot be denied.

Handsome, charismatic, and on the verge of becoming a successful architect, Gregory Sherwood, Lord Westdale, could have just about any woman he wants. So why rush to marry? So far there’s been only one woman he’s considered his ideal match. But that was before she had a secret affair with his best friend…with the help of an unwitting accomplice named Lady Pippa Harrington.

Pippa may not have acted in her old friend Gregory’s best interests, but she’s always believed that the heart sets its own rules. This is why Pippa must escape her arranged marriage—fast—by fleeing to Paris, where she hopes to pursue her artistic passions. To do so, Pippa will need all the help she can get—from Gregory, the one man she isn’t sure she can trust…or resist…

THE EARL IS MINE features one of my favorite story concepts, that of the overlooked “friend” with a secret crush on the Hero (who doesn’t root for the underdog?). Of course Mr. Perfect doesn’t know what he’s missing until it’s nearly too late and the tables get turned, which makes the extra effort he has to put out to woo her back, so much sweeter.

I’m truly loving this series and cannot recommend it enough to anyone

Loads and loads of lively, humorous banter which is practically a staple in any book by Kieran Kramer, flows throughout, which makes the deeply emotional moments particularly standout with such great poignancy that you might find a few tears in your eyes.

I’m truly loving this series and cannot recommend it enough to anyone who was a fan of the television show or someone just looking for a fun, uncomplicated bit of fun romance.
