Nancy was the youngest of eight children and her mother and older siblings always took care of the cooking. However, even as a young child, Nancy loved having people over for dinner and family get-togethers. As she grew older, she realized that food was the focal point of such great events, so she started to cook.
When her daughter was born, Nancy began thinking about her relationship with her mother. She was a great cook, but Nancy never asked for her recipes. When she passed away, her recipes were lost forever. To this day, Nancy regrets that those dishes will never be remade. That was when she decided to start writing her favorite recipes down so she could pass them down to her daughter.
Thus began the inspiration for IN GOOD TASTE
