THREE NIGHTS WITH A SCOUNDREL brings a fulfilling end to Tessa Dare’s latest trilogy, the Stud Club series with a perfect blend of heart felt romance and mystery that runs throughout the course of the series.

“The third time is the charm.

The bastard son of a nobleman, Julian Bellamy is now polished to perfection, enthralling the ton with wit and charm while clandestinely plotting to ruin the lords, ravish the ladies, and have the last laugh on a society that once spurned him. But meeting Leo Chatwick, a decent man and founder of the exclusive Stud Club, and Lily, Leo’s enchanting sister, made Julian reconsider his wild ways. When Leo’s tragic murder demands that Julian hunt for justice, he vows to see the woman he secretly loves married to a man of her own class.

Lily, however, has a very different husband in mind. She’s adored Julian forever, loves the man beneath the rakish facade, and wants to savor the delicious attraction they share — as his wife. His insistence on marrying her off only reinforces her intent to prove he is the only man for her. Obsessed with catching a killer, Julian sinks back to the gutters of his youth, forcing Lily to reach out with a sweet, reckless passion Julian can’t resist. Can her desire for a scoundrel save them both–or will dangerous secrets threaten more than their tender love?”

For months I waited with impatient anticipation for the arrival Tessa Dare’s Stud Club trilogy and quickly snatched up each of the books as they appeared on the New Release shelves. It was with the tiniest bit of sadness that I began reading the final book, THREE NIGHTS WITH A SCOUNDREL, not because there were any doubts about how much I would enjoy reading it, but the fact that when I was done it would be like watching the credits role on a favorite movie. With characters as powerfully written as those within the pages of all three books in this series, a connection is made that is hard to let go.

Sweet, funny, sensual, are only a few of the added elements that make THREE NIGHTS WITH A SCOUNDREL one of the best works of romantic fiction I’ve ever read.

That feeling was especially true in the case of Lily and Julian. Through the first two books their roles in those stories made it impossible to NOT take notice of the star-crossed attraction between them and helped build anticipation for the release that would finally bring them together.

I was truly touched by the way their story was written, tapping into the pure essence of real love, compassion and soul healing tenderness that anyone with an ounce of romance in their hearts only dreams about. Sweet, funny, sensual, are only a few of the added elements that make THREE NIGHTS WITH A SCOUNDREL one of the best works of romantic fiction I’ve ever read. Massive kudos to Tessa Dare, for not only fulfilling my expectations, but going eon’s beyond.
